With both parents being licensed realtors and experienced builders, Chris has grown up in the world of real estate and construction. So it’s no surprise he has developed a strong understanding of what makes each industry tick.
After graduating from Windsor Secondary in North Vancouver and experiencing various sales and construction jobs, Chris attended the UBC Sauder Business School of Real Estate and acquired his Real Estate Sales license. He could not have had a better mentor and trainer than his father Frank, who has consistently been amongst the top realtors in Greater Vancouver for over forty years.
Chris has learned from early on that being honest, trustworthy, reliable, and an excellent listener are absolutely key to developing lifelong client relationships and standing out as a successful realtor. Having 18 years of licensed experience, Chris loves helping people, and has had the privilege of working with a very wide age demographic of clients, young to elderly. He is approachable and strives to make the client feel comfortable and safe. Professional but personal, Chris puts himself in the clients shoes and goes above and beyond to assist and accommodate clients with their real estate needs, worries and concerns.

Alexa grew up on the beautiful islands of Hawaii within a family of custom home builders. This enabled her to truly understand all aspects of planning and designing a qualityhome. She has attained her AutoCAD Certification as well as her Interior Design Certification from the New York Institute of Art and Design. With these skills, Alexa has been involved in designing mechanical systems in new homes as well as coordinating the Interior Designs for numerous homes in Hawaii.
After moving to Vancouver, she married into the Karabotsos family of realtorsand continues to offer her Interior Design expertise here. Alexa is involved in staging homes, designing renovations of all categories, and generally guiding homeowners on their new home’s design journey.
